En UTE el Comité de Auditoría se crea originalmente por Resolución de Directorio R11.-566 del 6 de mayo de 2011. 

El Comité de Auditoría y Riesgos cuenta con un Estatuto aprobado por Resolución de Directorio R21.-1121 y R25.-1061.

Este comité está conformado por Resolución de Directorio R25.-761 actualmente por la Presidenta de UTE Lic. Ec. Andrea Cabrera, en calidad de Presidenta del Comité y por los Directores Dr. José Luis Pereira y Sr. Darío Castiglioni. También participan en este órgano de gobierno corporativo, los responsables de la Gerencia de Auditoría Interna y la Unidad de Gestión de Riesgos, con voz y sin voto.”
